Sewell Title Co. is a Title insurance Agency licensed in Tarrant, Parker and Palo Pinto counties. Sewell Title Co. is owned and operated by Hal Sewell, an attorney at law who has been dedicated to providing premier title insurance services for more than 25 years. As a locally owned agency, where all decision making happens in-house, we have more control over all aspects of our business and can offer an enhanced closing experience from start to finish along with quality title work.

Hal Sewell and his team have dedicated themselves to the goal of creating a professional, considerate, convenient and reliable level of service to all of their customers. We set ourselves apart with decidedly experienced people who are attentive to the quality of service. We work with nationally recognized underwriters — First National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title/Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and WFG National Title Insurance Company.

We have two locations in the Tarrant and Parker County areas to better serve you, so no matter where you live or work, we can conveniently accommodate your closing. For example, if you work in downtown Fort Worth, but your contract is with our Weatherford office, our Escrow teams will coordinate your closing at our office that best meets your needs.
